Funny thing.
I’ve never laid eyes on that bike, yet I’ve seen it 100 times..

Much preferred at the 0:19. Too nice of an example to bastardize.

I don't think that was the actual bike.  Since he said he was considering restoring it as an original.

He spent loads of time and money halving the value of his bike without the final result having anything new either...foolish but his problem ,and it results in raising the value of original bikes by another notch !

You're right and everytime I see everybody jumping on "The original was better" bandwagon though a shiver runs through me and I end up asking myself is this what I did to my Magni (don't answer that!!)

The answer is almost certainly Yes but I love it the way it is.

Personally that doesn't float my boat, but if you get a kick out of your vision and build then good on ya, they were built as motor not financial vehicles

Just wish I could take my 1100 out for a blast after sorting the leak but that's looking more like 2021 than anytime soon

Since he engraved his name all over it, I don't think he is caring about resale value.  The only thing about these type of customs that I still can't come to terms with is the lack of side covers.

Comes across as a bit of jealousy there John considering all the custom one off aluminum work that was done.  I personally don't like the hole in the middle, and am not sure why that is a thing among customs, but at least I can appreciate the work that went into this build.

The work is nice, butt I think it's a shame to bastardize a LeMans when there are so many other pedestrian guzzi's available. I hope he didn't start with anything decent.
