New Moto Guzzi Door Mats Available Now
Brandon, you have unfortunately have purchased a bike from the dealership from Hell. I have refrained from bad mouthing this company on line but now with your experience I am not holding back any longer. This company has three stores, the main one in Las Vegas, a second in Windsor Ca and a third in Reno Nv. I got my Audace from the Windsor but I have to deal with the Reno store. My experience with them has been absolutely the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I am 75 years old and have bought numerous cars, trucks and motorcycles through the years. I don't know if there is a way to look at all my past posts but if so you can look at all of my past trials and tribulations. I just posted the last a couple of days ago.Anyway I was on a ride yesterday with a bunch of guys one of which has a Ducati and has also dealt with this company. He made a comment that he was considering an MGX which is basically the same as your Audace except for the bags and the fairing etc. I commented that the Reno store had a bunch of them just a short time ago but are only now advertising one for sale. He said they still have several that they bought a bunch of them. It seems there were a lot of them that had somehow dropped out of Piaggo's inventory. So they came up for sale at bargain basement prices so they could be liquidated quickly. Eurocycle picked up the whole lot. So there is a plethora of them in Reno. Last fall I saw at least a dozen in the back room. So I would talk to the general manager of the group about taking mounts off one of those and shipping it to you. As of late last summer his name was Dave. His direct cell phone number is or was: 858-880-8058.I don't know why Piaggio, Ducati, BMW or Royal Enfield keeps this company as one of their dealerships. In hindsight I wish I had driven the 900 miles or so and gotten my bike from the dealership in Costa Mesa. Good luck, if there is anything I can help with let me know. kkMoparnut72,Thank you so much for the information about checking into the Reno store for a mounting kit! Great suggestion! Ill give them a call today as soon as they open. Thanks Again!!!

I still don't get this. The bike leaves the factory with bags and mounts. What happened to them?
Hey Everyone, new to the forum but in the same boat as Brandon except my experience with EC Reno hasn't been that bad. 1. for parts and accessories I've been looking at AF1. My only worry is that with the virus hitting Italy so hard how reliable are the back-order shipments going to be? I have an email in to the company now and will update when I hear. So far I have only picked up the dark version of the stock windscreen. The US version of the bike comes clear and I think the smoke will blend in to the bike better.2. I dealt with Dax at the Reno location for my bike. He did right by me and sent texts and pics along the sales process. I did have an unusual request during the deal though, up here in the Portland area all of our MG dealers have gone out of business. My request was to have the mechanic ride the bike for the first service so that it maintains warranty coverage. So at my request they sent him out for about 500mi for initial break in. (I'm sure he hated every minute of it ). But the bike is complete and ready to go with pics of the odometer and condition all along the way.3. The Reno branch said they had 3 MGX21's in stock when I bought mine about 6 weeks ago. Maybe try and see if they can take the part from a bike that hasn't sold yet?Anyway, Nice to meet you all!
They said the the bags are shipped separately so they don't get damaged. I was told the t they bought 100 of them from Piaggio and misread the market and were not able to compete with Harley, Indian, Honda etc in the bagger market so they reduced the price by $10,000! That's why i got a 2017 MGX-21 (with zero miles) right out of the crate, instead a brand new one. They said since they had 100 bikes sent in crates, there were also 100 sets of bags and mounting kits that were shipped separately. When they got down to the end of the sales they realized that they were short some mounting kits and so began my ordeal with Eurocycle.
