Exercising the Yellow Horse...
« on: June 03, 2020, 11:07:00 AM »
This time of year, 7am-9am is the BEST time to ride...nice and cool...so I did a short 31-mile shakedown ride this morning on the ol' Yellow Horse, to check to see if the new manual petcock I recently installed is still dry and not leaking...so far so good, and it ran GREAT! :thumb:

A few photos from historic Cornville, AZ and the hood... :thumb:

This is my fifth (5th) Moto Guzzi...and have owned it now for >5 years, and put about 10,000 miles on it. :thumb:     It's been a good bike, and a blast to ride overall, despite all my nah-sayer Guzzi friends that gave me every reason in the world not to own one.

Yellow Motauro!

Yes, but only short, local rides...I long for the day when I can once again go for a long, overnight, ride...somewhere!

Like The Plains of St. Augustin' New Mexico...or Lake Henshaw, CA
