Highway foot pegs to Nevada?
« on: October 19, 2020, 04:30:24 PM »
Has anybody installed anything like these here?

Connected pegs something down front?

Connected pegs to crash bars?

I wonder how those will work (without burning feet to cylinders)

If you hit the ground the Highway Pegs should fold up, the engine is not that hot.

I doubt there are any suitable parts on sale as such? Long enough?

In 2. bike's picture ... person has bought pegs but done some kind of holders to them (which have been connected to crash bars). All highway pegs (as such) might be too short for Nevada?

Oh, I agree that 1. bike's system looks bit scary (a hard pipe).

The lower one

It’s a double joint in a short distance

Most are made for horizontal or vertical only

, that looked again a'la ''US customers product'' ... meaning: I did not find those from Europe via reasonable time of ''surfing'' internet.

=> bought one from USA.

If you are not concerned with appearance you can find basic pegs much cheaper than those shown.Bolt them to the.crash bars.

Sure. For example Ebay is full of much cheaper options. Basically those just looked too short (long enough for HD/Japanese cruisers).
Those would need some extra parts added (to connect them to Nevada's crash bars). I chose short way. Expensive, I know.

These arrived yesterday 6th of November. I picked up those today. As I ordered those 20th of October ... it took 16 days to arrive here (shipped from USA).
Incl. custom operation in Helsingfors / Finland.

Not bad ....  :azn:
