Who can re flash a Breva E.C.U. It has that surge between 2800and 3200 rpm on constant throttle.

Sounds like a flat spot in the TPS to me. Been there. Had the miss (intermittent, but persistent) at constant throttle on the V7C for years, until I learned how to use Guzzidiag to identify it. You can also use a voltmeter on the TPS to check it. I replaced the TPS & not a problem since. A mate, however, got rid of the flat spot (on a Cafe Classic - same engine & ECU) by applying some lube into the TPS body. Worth a go. If you need a new TPS, they are cheaper from Harley, and secondhand ones from Euro car wreckers - there's a list of cars that use the same TPS in the Files Section on Moto-Guzzi-750@grouos.io.

I'm with Malik. I replaced the TPS on my Breva and the problem went away. The Harley one (part No. 27629-01A) is cheap.

The Breva has the old style ECU.  MyECU of Australia made replacement programmable ECUs for it.  I have one, and love it.  Although the company's website and forum are still up, I'm not sure they are in production, but I'd give them a look.

Before you do anything, just get some windows laptop, and load Guzzidiag on it. Order a set of cables at Lonelec in the UK. There is a topic ( or more) what to do step by step.  First thing to read is the tps value with closed throttle.

Is there a Linux capable version of Guzzidiag?  As Guzzi owners, we tend to be "outsiders."  I am a Linux user, and suspect many others are.

Yes, mate. Linux versions of all the modules are on the Guzzidiag website. Beetle himself seems to prefer Linux, so it's the choice of champions.
