Yes, but Greg Bender's This Old Tractor web site was originally about tractors not Moto Guzzis. -AJ

OK, I don't know how we go from tractor associated stuff to wheel balancing but since you asked, heres my 2₵ worth. On the subject of wheel balancing, I have only used stick on and/or clip on lead weights on my motorcycles. However, the PO of my '72 Eldo placed Dyna Beads in the tubes versus metal weights. I assume the Dyna Beads are doing their job at balancing out the wheels as I travel down the road because I have not noticed any undesireable balance issues. On the other hand, checking tire pressure on these wheels is a PITA because whenever I check tire pressure the tiny Dyna Beads lodge themselves in the shrader valve resulting in air loss. To correct the leaking valve condition I must "add" air to blow the beads out of the valve seat and back into the tube. I suppose if the beads were of a larger diameter it would not be a problem. Perhaps these beads come in various sizes and the PO bought the wrong size, I don't know. When I replace the tires & tubes next spring, I will not be going back with beads. And, I haven't decided on whether to spend a small fortune on spoke weights or cheap good old fashioned solder wrap around a spoke.Hey, how about the new steel/iron stick ons...aint they ugly & cheap lookin'!!??
This one is still around Iowa somewhere.
