One thing that some lists have that reduces the moderator workload considerably is to have folks fill out this form if necessary:

Outstanding.  A certificate of a successfully completed training course one can display with pride.

Put a Wild Guzzi header and logo on the top, and Dusty can send these out via email at the speed of light.

No more answering complaints.  Just email them a blank "Butthurt Certificate!"

Address their complaint, or push a couple keys on the keyboard.  Seems like a no-brainer to me.   :wink:

Lannis, you're not angling for Dusty's job are you?   :grin:

 Butt hurt , now there's a term I haven't ever used , and likely never will . Trust me on this, everyone is a tough guy ...until  they aren't .
