One thing that some lists have that reduces the moderator workload considerably is to have folks fill out this form if necessary:

Put a Wild Guzzi header and logo on the top, and Dusty can send these out via email at the speed of light.
No more answering complaints. Just email them a blank "Butthurt Certificate!"
Address their complaint, or push a couple keys on the keyboard. Seems like a no-brainer to me.
