I believe that is Bernie.  I don't have Photoshop or I would do that.  Just found it on another site.  My wife says there were hundreds of photos from this one image of him at the inauguration.

No one ever said it wasn't photoshop.   

But, you are right.  Someone swapped heads, but is is Bernie's body. 

Just shows you that you can't believe everything you see.  LOL!

I've created a folder for all of them. Hysterical. To his credit he threw the pic on a bunch of clothing items, sold out in 30 minutes and raised over 1 million for charity. Cool beans.

I rode Yamaha's and Kawasaki's for the first 14 years, (1967-1981), of my motorcycle riding career.  Both excellent brands.
I could be the "Vintage Yamaha Brand Ambassador" on this little tiddler!!
