A friend of mine need new cylinders for his beautiful love.

No, but one can use V7 Sport Gilardoni kits instead, Stein-Dinse has them in stock:

Very little difference: slightly higher compression ratio and a few ccs less displacement. Install without any modification, may require slightly richer jetting.
