Denver Cycle Bash
« on: July 29, 2021, 01:39:54 PM »
I'm in Denver and I see Ducati dealer Fay Myers Motorsports is putting on a big bash on Saturday 31 July.

VIP Summer Bash

Looks to be a big deal with Stunters, DJ, Beer Garden and the like.

Wow, they are still around! I visited that shop often 50 years ago. I even bought a dirt bike in partners with a friend back then. I wonder if they carried Guzzis back then? I test rode one back then somewhere.

The store you visited 50 years ago, on Alameda, is long gone. There was a suspicious fire. They relocated to SE Denver at least 20 years ago. Every time I stop in there, I drool over the pristine ‘73 CR250M Elsinore they have on display. I keep the rest of my drool for the BMW shop around the corner and down a few blocks.
