That was a different auction, comments seemed very quiet, and the bidding did nothing until the last hour or so.

The last 1/2 hr, is definitely interesting on BAT  :thumb:

I hope the buyer and seller are happy and it worked out well for them.

Went for $7700...a little less than I expected but still a good chunk o'moolah!
I think the vintage is underappreciated. I also think that any of the 1400 cali's will be collector items in a few years!

I keep thinking that about the rare and powerful Centauro. Still waiting after 24 years.

The selling price surprised me a little but I was comparing it to my 07 Calvin’s selling price.
Although the bikes are mostly identical I guess years make a difference in the book values.
Like I have said hers before, I really liked the Calvin, I just couldn’t get comfortable on it.
My knees were just to high and re locating the floorboards would have been a re-engineering feat beyond my abilities.

Yep,  I'm still waiting on Centauro prices to rise, too.  about 17 years for me.  Until then it sits.
