New Moto Guzzi Door Mats Available Now
FWIW, I have called them a couple of times from the US and at least once from Italy and always gotten through. This was over the past month and a half.
I spoke to Curtis yesterday ( he called me to verify an item) in fact on a new order and last week placed an order that I got in 3 days…all good. Top marks from me for response time and completeness.
A couple weeks ago I attempted to purchase a mudguard from them, and similarly didn't receive an email confirmation. Called and talked to Curtis, and he said it's due to the website transition.I think the best way to go is via phone. Each time I called, I was able to get through. Again, that was only a few weeks ago.
Try to email Curtis@harpermoto.com, he will respond but will take a day or 2.inditx
Tap on the picture and the numbers I always get them on comes up. Hope this helps👍
It's better to call, I talk to both Mike and Curtis all the time on a "different form" of social media
Curtis is definitely there. I talked with him Friday about my bike that's in there for service.-AJ
Not sure why this call was so difficult, But I got the message from the Springfield Pigeon. called said suspect and all is well. Yes our website is barely holding on with rusty wire and a masking tape band aid. The new one is getting closer with fully automated email notification, up to date parts books and eventually current stock levels. However , as always the best way to reach me is call. I'm here. 816.697.3411P.S.: Calling every day to check on your order only slows things down. You can't say "He's old school", without knowing what old school is.
I'm pretty sure that calling someone "old school" around here is a compliment.
