Wow, it’s been awhile, but I’ve ordered from them in the past. Fortunately, never had an issue.

I would call that mail fraud, & somebody should be in prison.

I've never bought from them, but I was searching for parts for someone's Grom a few days ago, and the BikeBandit page popped right up with a nice looking oem parts diagram and price list.

Although it did say in the fine print, parts not in stock  on back order.

Bankruptcies are usually never pretty, I've seen some real slimey fraud deals up close,,, but this BB is right up there on the repugnant scale.

Tks for sharing that info

Thanks for posting this. I was completely unaware of their bankruptcy. Even checked out their website a few weeks ago looking for tires....

My SO’s daughter works for a wealthy capitalist who has purchased several well-known San Diego area motorcycle dealerships over the past few years and recently purchased the remnants of Bike Bandit out of bankruptcy. It’ll be interesting to see how and if they can resurrect this thing. I imagine the name will need to be changed. I’m keeping my distance.

And they say crime doesn't pay.  Of course it's fraud.  I won't hold my breath on anyone serving time.

Perhaps fraud when an individual does it?  But a corporate entity with bankruptcy protection is in another class of legal entitlement with layers of insulation.  No doubt the antagonists will cry "witch hunt" if they are ever held to account.
