such a hard dry summer here,  colors don't seem to be very good this fall, if your askin me !
but,...   glad you had the time to get out there and report...
Nothing much better than a Tannat from the Salta region.

Yes, rather dull this year. But hey, gotta ride anyway!  :thumb:  It was beautiful weather!

My father built the gas station in Roby on the edge of the Mark Twain National Forest.  Near Plato and Licking  :azn:

Was really colorful in the Great Smoky Mountains this fall, however it’s about gone now.

We've been riding a lot lately.  Great fall colors this year, despite being so dry.  Unusually windy, though.

I go to Plato and Licking for work fairly often. I stayed at the hotel in Licking one night. The sign out front said "free radio" what it meant was "NO TV"  :angry:

Certainly not like the vibrant Fall colors back in the Mid-Hudson Valley of New York state, where I grew up, but the colorful Aspens on the road to Snow Bowl, outside of Flagstaff are always a treat this time of year... :thumb: :bow: :cool: :boozing: :wink:
