I had a Vespa in the late 1960s that had the twist gear shift.  I am shocked to see that they no longer do.

They figured out how to use a variator plate with weights to change speeds without shifting.  Effective for smaller two wheeled vehicles.     Not a true automatic but the same results with no shifting for scooters.

Seems he has never heard that BMW telelever front suspension has been around for a very long time, same concept as the Britan

The fan bike.....prop and engine behind the rider.  Kind of like having your own wind tunnel.  Minus the tunnel.

The rocket bike....small rockets behind the rider.

The front wheel drive engine in the wheel bike.....still can't figure how the gas could feed this type of engine while rotating unless the gas tank rotated with the engine.

You just need to buy a newer bike.  They have had self canceling since at least 2013.

Right!!  My 77 RD400 had them, and they worked awesome. 02 Guzzi... nope..
