It will be the fuel consumption, average and highest speed reached, or similar.
You’ll see here that mine is on litres/100 km and the figure is 9.0…!

That is because I had just ascended the Stelvio Pass in 3rd and 4th gear (mostly) at a VERY steep grade…(you’ll notice the temperature is @ +1 deg C).
The fuel figure is usually around 4.8-5.0 l/100 km at highway speeds.
Here you can see it’s just been reset to zero.

Also yes, I have deleted the service wrench icon. The code is 28315 that you have to enter into the system before you can get into the diagnostics menu and it’s a bit complicated to go into here, but we can somewhere else.
There is a large button above the turn signal switch on the left handlebar, if you flick it left or right you will cycle through the different displays.
It’s the top one..

Holding it left or right for a couple of seconds will cycle through the two trip meters and holding it down will zero everything except the total distance on the main odometer.
It does take some practice…

You will inevitably notice that your hand will inadvertently brush it as you operate the turn signal, altering the desired display.
You’ll get used to it…
