Spirit Beast forkleg thingee?

Can someone explain to a "boomer" what is this for?  Function? Style? 





Never seen anything like this.  My assumption is it has some "kewl" LED light strip.

Well its $16.68 on AliExpress so it's gotta be good.....For what I do not know.

Yea, that's just what you need, maybe hook your beer mug on it at the WI rally. You could tell them a big story about them, more mileage, whistles a toon down the road, etc

    I bet it is a place to put the clothes pins that holds the playing cards in the spokes for that little extra cool motorcycle sound. :grin:
