SR on its way
« on: February 19, 2024, 07:57:37 AM »
Yesterday I loaded my ‘78 SR500 on a truck bound for New Jersey and eventually a container to Dublin and a truck to Tuscany.  I listed it for sale locally and tried to get BAT to take it, all with no interest.  I could have dumped it for very short money, but instead have sent it over as a gift to a forum member.  After 45 years of its being bought new and ridden all within Cape Cod, I’m hoping it sees wonderful roads and sights in Italy. More to follow…

Now this is a fun story that should have some fun twists and turns.  Nice gesture.
