Discount variations on V85tts

I've noticed discount variations on several MG bikes from dealer to dealer, MG shows a 1500 discount on MY 23 bikes though Ive seen some dealers offer 3000 or more on the same bike. Not sure if MG offers more money off from certain dealers or some are the dealers own discount
