 fuses and relays check out.  Where would be the first area to check.  I see the key switch is a possible, but what are other things to check?

The ign switch and other wiring plugs are on main frame under tank & behind the covers in front of tank that cover frame. I have had to replace the plugs male & female. The switch on mine I had to switch power on the posts, had one quit working.
I think the LH switch has the lite circuit go through it and it plugs into main harness on the same area on one side or the other.
