New Moto Guzzi Door Mats Available Now
For just $500 more you can get the S version which has the nice ohlins suspension and two tone paint job. Much better value in my opinion. But to each his own.
I like the grey. And it’s one of those colors that doesn’t show dirt. I got a ‘24 Honda Odyssey that is grey blue with black trim and it always looks clean. I should have a matching Guzzi…
" The only thing I've seen that's an issue is with some kind of alternator seal, causes a very slight oil leak down the right side of the back of the engine? Fixable under warranty of course, but wondering how prevalent an issue it is? "I followed all the usual forums for a year or so before buying mine. I read a few reports of bikes that had improperly crimped radiator hose clamps and had minor coolant leaks. Apparently not easy to get to to replace. Also, there were recalls or "service campaigns" on some of the "non-S" V100's that had the rear shock improperly installed, and another one to replace the clutch actuator seals.Other than some random one off's, II haven't heard of any endemic problems with the V100's.
I should be picking up the bike tomorrow.
Awesome, enjoy!Did your dealer have any '24 v85's? Just curious.Art
I'm following your exhaust journey with interest. Although I must say that the V100 is the first new Guzzi I have ever owned that is absolutely spot on from the factory. It fuels so flawlessly and sounds so good box stock I would not want to touch a thing for fear it might never be this perfect again.
Are you planning on re-mapping the ECU for the new exhaust, if so how ?? Or do you think the ECU will trim to the new exhaust ?I'm with Mr. Swanson on this one, I'd be afraid to customize the exhaust... Curious to hear about your results and hopefully good !
I dunno…There’s an elephant in the room and for me it’s the underdone front fairing, you can put a barn door transparent screen onto what’s already there, but the visual balance is slightly askew.Looks like a 600 screen on a 1000 bike.I’ll bet the next incarnations have larger ones.
