I'm in for at least 4. PM has been sent.

Thanks so very much.  Now what am I going to do with those Le Mans 1000 stickers I got from England LOL:

Got it. What do you think about the 6.25 length?

I just went out and measured and think the 6.25 inch length looks perfect. It looks like it should fit just like the original picture in this thread.

Not sure if this will help with color match, but this is a pic of mine in ambient lighting.  Since the bike was painted in the 90’s if not before, I assume they are original.

I'll take a picture of mine. They look like new, though they're probably twenty or thirty years old.
For that price I should get a couple as well.

John,

Is that a Corbin seat ?  I have them on several of my bikes but in the pictures it looks like that pushes you very far forward. How tall are you and how to you like the seat ??

BTW: My CX has handle bars not clip-ons so I sit a bit more upright. I want your input before I spend another $650 for a seat.

I have a brand new Gaman also and have not even tried it yet. Would you say the Corbin is a lot more comfortable that the Le Mans or the Gamen seats ?

This is my comfortable one.

OH, you meant Goose, sorry

The Corbin is hard as hell @ first but it gets better and stays firm. Gaman is thinner. I prefer the Corbin

Not here yet.  but it just took usps two weeks to get a carb to me from East TN, so all bets are off.  We’ve had multiple “confirmed  delivery” packaged deceiver to other houses before we get them delivered to us.  It’s funny, but it’s not..  Just gotta be patient.

I will make sure you get paid for my order.  Thanks, John!

USPS has gotten kind of spotty in my town. I get my mail in spurts. I haven't figured out if the sectional center is understaffed or my local post office. I know the local one is and can't get all the local mail in the boxes on the day they get it. We have a light that they turn off when all the mail is in the boxes. It used to be off before noon. Now it isn't uncommon to see it on after four o'clock. I wonder if the sectional center in Stockton isn't experiencing the same thing which is likely because we had two the one in Stockton and one in Sacramento. Now only the one in Stockton so they are probably handling more mail with the same staff. Only speculation. Don't get me started on the local DMV.
