Uncrowded garage problems
« on: October 16, 2024, 08:44:44 PM »
I seem to have this issue where when there is just enough space in the garage for another bike I get an itch.........well.. .....some internet surfing time, and a quick trip from Nebraska to Santa Fe New Mexico, and the itch has been scratched for a while.

A 1973 V7 Sport now resides next to the V11 Sport it inspired.  Not sure buying a bike right as the weather is turning was a good idea, but when have I ever thought things through before?

Nice! I have to say that's a lot more room than I have, same number of bikes.

Well, I had to move 4 out of the way to take that picture.  And we won't even talk about the barn, or container, or 2 that are in the house.

As long as there’s space for the dog and the V7 Sport, that’s all that really matters.

Not a bad place to be. That H1 triple in the back looks like it could be a runner with a bit of attention also.

Ahh, the H1.  A little out of place with the rest of my collection. I like 2 stroke dirt bikes, but have always leaned four stroke for my street bikes.  The tank is just out of frame of the photo, and is rusty inside, but doesn't leak.  Overall, the rest of the bike is in pretty good shape.  The engine even kicks over with compression.  Didn't get a title with it though.  Plan is to at least clean it up and flip it.  Might try to get it running, as I don't think it would take much.
