Plug cover
« on: August 26, 2025, 01:16:19 PM »
I do not have an oxygen sensor installed and would like to have a cover for the still existing plug in the wiring harness. I am certain I have seen them on other bikes or maybe cars to seal a diagnostic connector or some such. Fits over this housing and engages the retainer lock. Guzzi uses a three pin for diagnostic plug and supplies a cap. This is a four pin connector.

Everything I can find is off shore and shipping is now questionable. I have temporarily filled the old sensor plug housing with silicone but that feels very temporary.

Any ideas appreciated!

Just get the female connector & plug wire holes. Another supplier may have caps. I got mine from a Co in NJ. I had to replace the bigger ones under the tank on loom.
