in need of ecm map for a 2010 V7 classic
« on: August 27, 2025, 04:29:00 PM »
Howdy, i bought a 2010 V7 classic that sat in the elements for many years, after new fuel pump filter lines plugs etc etc i got it running pretty good, its very streetable but i know its not quite right it just seems finicky the throttle has flat spots at 60mph and surges a bit just runs kinda crappy, i know it can run better, i bought the lonetec cable and have the guzzi diag programs downloaded i was able to back up the existing map, and i would like to try another map if anyone has one that would spruce up a stock v7 that could help me? thank you all. greg

G Greg,
I've got an '09 V7, with an aftermarket ECU.  First off, take a look at this thread from a few days ago:  https://wildguzzi.com/forum/index.php?topic=123806.0

GGreg,
I can send you a map.  I've got a couple, orig. for the 750 Breva, that I altered for my '09 V7.  In the past there was map trading on the V11forum, someone there might have other options for you.   See  https://www.v11lemans.com/forums/
