V85 Highway Pegs
« on: January 19, 2026, 02:36:39 PM »
Hi,
I was wondering if anyone here has tried one of these Qualmount highway peg systems on their v85.  https://qualmounts.com/products/motorcycle-highway-footpegs

No experience with them but they look nice. Probably a little pricey for the red suspender snappers in this group.

The only reservation I ever have with those things is not being in a position to brake suddenly and effectively in an emergency.
I know that most of your braking on our type of bikes is with the front, but it just seems an erosion of the safety buffer. But they do look well made.

I'm sure they are a work of art. But the $$$.
I have similar but 1/4 the price from Amazon for years. Work great for stretching old legs.

I'll have to check out amazon.....recall any vendor details?

That's the one. I slip old hand grips over the foot section for a bit more size and no slip.
