Aftermarket Clutch and Brake Lines Norge 2007

Anyone ever buy a premade set of aftermarket clutch and brake lines for the Norge?

Recently installed the Frando FMF-130S Clutch Master to the bike, works well but I did want to shift it a bit closer to the grip and it seems like there is little to no play in the hose.
Thinking of replacing the hose with an aftermarket braided on including the front brakes but couldn't really find anything already made.

   On Google, type in "Braided stainless steel brake lines. There are many vendors that will make lines to order and in many colors.

Apologies if I was unclear.
Bike is currently used for work so it cant be down for more than a couple of days so kinda need parts in hand before I replace them.
Getting parts shipped to APAC often takes over a week.

Does anyone know the lengths needed for front brake and clutch? I've looked at the parts list but lengths are not listed.
