Ummm..Something’s missing.
« on: June 15, 2026, 07:45:07 PM »
No, it’s not the engine.
Can y’all tell me what it is from last time ?
I’ll give y’all a clue, it’s 3.2 kg and probably €350

Rear rack?  BTW that bike looks nice, kinda wish I hadn't traded my V85TT.

Actually it's a great looking Guzzi. It's a bit naked for my riding but great none the less.

I saved 10kg replacing the exhaust system with the Mistral. You can really feel the difference

What is the verdict on the Ohlins upgrade?

I'm enthused to do similar with the front end and ditch the high guard. Currently making some brackets to fill the gap and hold my aux lights. I find the underside to be quite clean so the low guard is doing most of the muck guard duty. Photos to follow.

I love it Dave. I can’t recall how much travel the standard shock had, but this one just seems to soak up everything.
I hope my Norge one is as good.

I had an Ohlins on my Norge.  Transformed the rear in the best way.

Some people are weight sensitive and feel slight change in weight added or omitted to the bike. I'm the opposite and am weight insensitive. I just put racks and panniers back on one of the bike and total added weight (panniers empty) is probably closing in on 30lbs. I have noticed any difference in how the bike performs/handles. Heck the GSA I can load in 45lbs of fuel then fill up the panniers for a 2 week trip and the bike handles the same as if I has 1 gallon in the tank and had the panniers and top case removed.

Aprilia front fender and Pryamid extender kept the engine and front clean throughout two drizzle days
