Happy birthday Ella! At 13 she may well be the only remaining of her litter mates. Thanks Dave I enjoy seeing the pup, middle age, and senior pics.
From a less than stellar bloodline Sophie will be 14 on (or about) August 20th. Her mother was picked up by the dog pound with a broken leg after being hit by a car in Boon County. A day later she gave birth to a litter of pups. The following week all were to be euthanized but Animal Friends of Monongalia County heard of their plight and picked them up from the pound. The mother's leg had to be amputated and the pups raised on goat milk. All including the mother got adopted.
