Interesting Sport+trailer on CL

I'm unfamiliar with those trailers, but this looks like an interesting and comparatively simple way to sport-tour. The idea of not having separate side cases, a top box and a duffle bag (long trips) is compelling. Anyone ever tow a trailer with their motorcycle?

Interesting. Apart from the usual thoughts on how it handles, safe top speed etc., the thing that got me, is the separate license plate, as if it's two different vehicles! I have visions of Wacky Races where the trailer detaches at speed and appears alongside the 'bike.  :cheesy:

I had a Kwik-Kamp I pulled down to SoCal and back and it was wonderful to camp out of and easy to use + 30 CuFt of storage.  No Backing up and had a passenger girlfriend with me. - cuts  a little gas mileage but sure makes packing much easier.  The Cali 1100 has lots of torque to easily pull trailers and sidecars.
My BMW buddy pulled a single wheel like that one and it was great for him.

Love the trailer, forget the bike. It’s been a static display for 25 years. Tires, oil and fuel pump is only a start to get it in riding condition.

I'd take the plate off the trailer and send it! Claim ignorance if anyone asked questions. I'd argue it's not even a single axle if questioned  :bike-037:
