That's the Ipothesys. There have been a couple of threads on that and as expected opinions are "wildly" divided!

I like it.

Also like this 8V concept by Luca Bar. Called the "S4" - draws on the S3 legacy. The 4 refers to the valves rather than the 3's brake discs. I'm sure this will divide opinion also!

Thanks for the link Kentktk, that Griso is really something special. It will be interesting if they actually make the kits available.

Apologies if this has been shown before - find it hard to keep up on this active forum :-)

I mentioned the German company Guzzi Laden in relation to another matter and went back to their site for a look and saw this special I thought people might like to see - as say apologies if been featured before.

Have a 'gallerie' section worth a peruse.

My sports bike days are long gone and in truth never really existed :-) but a bike from the factory along these lines wouldn't go amiss and would perhaps justify bringing back the Le Mans name.

First street-legal sample. Some changes was needed for the prototype to obtain homologation.

Still looks like a blast to ride to me. Not an iron butt machine, but what sportsbike is. Doesn't look any more uncomfortable than your average Duc.

Any publicity or recognition for Guzzi is all good.  Don't like  it don't buy I wouldn't either, but they could have chosen any number of bikes for the exercise - Glad it was a Goose.

I like it alot up until it gets to the seat. It's just way to short. I don't like the exhaust either. It makes the long wheel base Griso look like a long bed pick up. If the seat section was lower and extended further it would balance the bike out. Right now it looks like they ran out of time when it got to the seat and rear fender.

Oh, and forget the Pirelli Angels, where can I get me a set of those slicks with the Guzzi Eagle cut into 'em?!

That grey bit with the Eagle is actually the fender.  One of the other two has about a four inch rear fender back by the tail light with the part under the seat catching the rest of the spray...

Bu the way, a comment was made earlier about rear view cameras on the concept machine's valve covers.  Been wondering since those pictures first came out just what those are.  Look like some sort of breather but that seems contrary to the concept of sealed sump or crank case.  What are they?

I wouldn't have an Ipothesys but mostly because I know too well I'd do nothing but get into serious trouble on one!

Actually, if you look closely at the front tire, you'll see the eagle-embossing below the fender, towards the ground, as well.  Very cool rubber!

You're quite correct.  Guess I am closer to blind than I thought.  I see the eagle on the lower portion of the rear tire too, now that I look closely.  Maybe that's the trick, huh?  Looking closely reveals a thing or three.  Still wonder about those 'cameras'.

I would say that those are indeed cameras on the valve covers; if you "look closely" ( ;D ) at the "mirrors", it seems that they are screens of some sort, and not mirrored glass.  Hope those cameras can deal with some serious heat!

Not sure if it'd take my mind off that white Ducati 848 in the showroom window, but really, this is a great looking front end of a bike! It's perfect!
