You see what Dusty did there by saying it's 47 days? It's brilliant marketing. Got you all to doing math and talking about his product (the rally) at the same time.  Good job Dusty! You may have missed your calling.

Relying too much on electronic gismos, just like if the GPS lady says turn left you just turn left w/o thinking about it(or looking, used to be guilty of same)...HA!

 Dusty

When I saw 47 days there was a bit of panic and I looked at my calendar (its on the wall) 'cause I have to plan my visits to the states carefully to cover all bases and CV is one at the top of the list.

I use electronic stuff all the time but I am of the age/experience  that makes me question any data I get from gismos.

This group always amazes me  :thumb:

We have a 2007 Breva 1100 with roughly 60K miles on the clock that has been offered by a board member as the 2020 raffle bike . The only real snag is the fact that it is in North Dakota , so we need to deliver it to GliderJohn's place .

Well , the lovely big Breva is safely ensconced at Gliderjohn's place . The pictures indicate she is a real beauty , even our own Pete Roper has purchased some raffle tickets , and we know how discerning Pete is .

Here is the pricing structure for tickets .

 $20.00 for one ticket .
 $35.00 for two tickets
 $60.00 for five tickets
$10.00 a piece for anything over that .

Just like the 2019 raffle bike , we will address any real issues before the rally , or during

Looking forward to it! Got a lot of work to get done, before then. Mounting hard bags, assembling trailer, wiring new lighting, etc. Gonna be tight with all of the overtime I'm working, but I'll get it done! My daughter, and possibly my gf and a buddy may be coming with me, this year.

It's Billy Joel, isn't it?

I called and left a message for Billy Joel asking him to confirm he is the surprise guest for Cedar Veil 2020.   I never received a response.  Which just goes to prove it must be Billy, cause he doesn't want to ruin the surprise.

Man, Dusty, try to keep up.   Billy Joel is a famous rock star who likes Moto Guzzis.   He wrote Stairway to Heaven.

Stairway to heaven <scratches head> ? Was that the song about Buddy Holly ?
