Wait just a minute!

The intelligence and secret service guys were found using war-gaming sites on the Internet to secretly communicate to each other and frankly I think all you guys here are cleverly play acting as normal forum members but in reality are key players in the international secret government agency protecting the world and the entire human race from boring motorcycles!

Sorry for any confusion, Mike  -- I was responding to JAS67 who was outlining how to get around domain security.  I don't think anyone needs to hack their home network in order to get on the internet.   :D

Got to work this morning and was told the internet was down (you could still hear screams of anguish). A while later we were told that it was up again, the problem turned out to be that the filter decided to block everything.
