I don't tend to stop too often during a ride just to take a photograph of and interesting old car, otherwise there'd be no end to this.  Of all of these, I'm guessing that the hulk of a Willys coupe would be the one to get scooped up first.

VW Hendge

Very good.

I guess I should have included these:

Carhenge in Nebraska isn't what it once was.  There's so much folk-art stuff (none of it as good as the original) on that same site that the impact is now lost--it's too crowded.  I took this in 2005.

I took this shot of Cadillac Ranch back in 2003.  I know it's been moved from its original location to this spot as the city moves west and spoils the wide open landscape around the cars.  I'd guess that today's Cadillac Ranch has been moved since this shot; anybody know?

It's on the South Side of I-40, just West of Exit 62, on the West Side of Amarillo.

Easy to see from the interstate.

Here's one from the Pawleys Island, SC area, also found while walking in the woods.

When the Brussels sprout fails to venture from its lair, it is time to roll a beaver up a grassy slope.

That one in the bottom left is a Trabant.  Was it with the rest of the cars?  I saw them all over Germany, but have never seen one in the US.  Yet.

I have Car Hendge somewhere on film on my way to Sturgis in 2000.  I have some digitals somewhere with some guys putting a Suzuki Bandit sticker one of the Caddies buried at the Ranch.  I didn't even know about the VW Hendge until the day I was riding some back roads South if the Red River.  Few people in N Tx know about.  It's still a surprise when people see it.

Many motorcycle trips over many years.  Most are in the central great plains states, but the blue Holden is in Australia, and the Trabant was taken in the Czech Republic.

Hi Daniel

which is the blue Holden in Australia?   I don't recognise it.   I am told that Chev Bel Aires (RHD, of course) were built in Australia by General Motors - Holden.   Is it one of those?
I think I can just about make out Bel Aire on the big fin.  Maybe?

Two years from now, 2017, all car production in Australia ceases.   GM-Holden, Ford and Toyota are all pulling out.   Mitsubishi went about 10 years ago.

Really cool Hudson, John.  If that were mine, I'd keep it exactly like that, and park it in my garage when it wasn't in use.  No restoration, just like that.

While it does have a resemblance to an FJ Holden it isn't, it also says vangaurd on the front. The bottom right dark blue thing has a remarkable resemblance to a Jowett Javelin although on second look the bonnet engine bay seems a bit long.

:+1 What Jim said.  Hudson's are cool. http://www.legendsofnascar.com/hudson.htm  And the Hudson company knew how to make a flathead six run like stink.
