Blind puller for CARC swingarm bearings

In anticipation of replacing the swingarm bearings in my Stelvio I am going to need a tool to pull the bearing races.  The ID of the race is 37.5mm so you'd think a 37mm puller would work.  The swingarm has two reliefs that look like they are designed for something like a regular bearing puller...nothing I have found seems to work.  I tried a MotionPro 35mm blind puller and it's too small.  What are others using?

When I greased the bearings, some 15,000 miles ago, there were a couple rust looking marks on the race.  The race felt OK so I slapped it all back together with lots of grease and called it good.  The next time I go in I want to be prepared for the worst and, to that end, I already have replacement bearings.  Any suggestions?

Pete, I don't have a Dremel tool to cut the race out.

Also, I cannot believe a master machinist with an expensive milling machine does not have a homely little Dremel tool! If you wanna use mine, let me know and I'll bring it to Hiawassee (as long as we don't attempt the bearing replacement at the campground).

I would think heating the cast housing and then tapping the race out with a brass drift working around it's circumference would work.

I used the small grinding tool for my bearings. Be carefull not to grind in the housing or at least not to much.

An old mercruiser trick is to fire up a welder and buzz a zigzag pattern around the face of the race. the distortion should help it to pop out.

I use my small MIG welder and run a bead around the inside surface of the race. Once it cools, the race shrinks and you can get them out with a lady finger prybar or a small slide hammer with inside jaws or a hook.
