Coffee Grinds or Café Racer
« on: May 19, 2015, 06:56:13 AM »
Don't get me wrong, I understand, accept and often admire the artistic and functional ideals of the café racer movement. Nevertheless, one needs to cast a critical eye over ones work occasionally.

This thread is where you can post those dubious efforts.

Let me start with this pearler from downtown Copenhagen.
Commentary,.........it fails me. I am speechless. I am without speech.

It looks like a dual sport bike, but not really.  Kudos for someone turning a wrench on a bike :)
PS  I hope it's safe.

Unfortunately - when I see something like this, given experience here in Arizona and in California earlier - I leap to "tweaker". Then, after I absorb it a bit I begin to wonder if it isn't something of a crash salvage or a bike who's owner has taken modification as an alternative route to repair for financial reasons.

In any case, as with seeing a bubba'd surplus firearm and crying, "Oh, the humanity", I must remember, it's not mine.

Some of these cases though, a fella's just got to wonder at the direct bitch-slap to practical use or even safety. 'Course, I gotta remember the cars I loved and still build and their inherent design madness relative to the manufacturer's intentions.

I wonder in this case if his little sister knows he stole her tricycle lock and chain.

Guzzi Modo!

 :D

Ugly bugger.

I found a movie prop maker site on the internet that made skull models of famous movie monsters - or what they would have looked like if they were real. I copied the one model picture of Quasi Modo ... for some reason I didnt like the other models.

I think one of the pics must be reversed by mistake ..... which side was his hump?
