All, I'm hiring a 3rd party SQL Administrator to look over everything for me.  I think some of the problems are out of my scope of expertise/patience.  The board has been crashing daily and I have spent no less than 4 hours per day doing work on it.  I hope this fella can get it ironed out for us.

So, for the next day or so, there will be ups and downs of server times I'm sure...while this maintenance is being done.
