Well, after 2,500 miles last week I have no issues with the product.  Support was firm but comfortable.  No pain.  Also, the front of the seat was lowered and narrowed slightly and I can be flat footed at rest.

While this took two tries via FedEx, I'd recommend Rich's work.  But I'd suggest a ride in would get it done the first time.
