Haven't seen the bike, but thru a friend hen knows of a 61 year old guy who needs garage space.
Wants to know going price.
I'm told it's stock, no recall issues done, only slight oxidation from sitting.

Going rate is somewhere around $3600-4000 for one that's been sorted out, with the exhaust, rim, and ECU problems taken care of.  With only 900 miles on a 16 year old machine, there will no doubt be lots of other stuff to attend to.

I don't think I'd go over $2500, and that would be after a pretty thorough inspection.  I'd offer less sight unseen.

 Guzzi is no longer replacing the rims, so that will run about 500 bucks.  I believe guzzi tech can do the ecu but not.sure what they charge.  With the mods to the exhaust (removing the front crossover) I would say you would have to dump about a grand into it to take care of those 3 items.  The tires and rubber lines would probably need replacing also.
