Spline lube

So I went to the Honda dealer to pick up a tube of Honda 60 Moly, which I always used on my BMW splines only to find out they no longer make it.  They have superseded it with a Dow product called Moly 77, but it is labeled as an assembly lube for brake pads, etc.  It does not even mention splines like the old 60 did.  What are you guys using for splines now?

Wheel bearing grease, but it's not critical.

When I run out of my current 'goo' I plan to switch to this. I've been told it stays in place.

I've used GP grease for thousands of miles/years with no regrets.  Just so happens what I'm using now has lithium in it.

I use a CV grease which has moly added. Still there every time I change the rear tire; my reasoning is that if it has the moly added it is designed for sliding parts and if it is designed for a CV joint it must be fairly resistant to rotational forces. <shrug>

In regards to Wayne's post, I have not used that particular Wurth's product but I used to work in a place where we sold Wurth's stuff and I always found them exceptionally good.  I have used their spray grease in a can before and that was absolutely brilliant. ( think it was Saebesto 2000)
