I like this better but the face isn't large enough to see clearly

Japanese movement, so kinda takes something away. At least put a swiss movement and make it a mechanical auto winder.

Im of the mined that a analogue watch should have a mechanical movement.
This watch is most likely using a Hattori movement that cost about $30 retail.
Ive still got my 1977 Seiko dive watch that I got for my 21st Birthday.
I had it serviced for the first time last year fully stripped down new main spring lubed plus new gaskets.
It wasnt cheap but this watch is now 38 years old

I bought 3 different watches from the factory.  They all died.  The only one that MG watch that is still working is the Junkers one that was put together by one of the forum members here.  I have no. 19.

I remember at high school that they were trying to sell the students watches like that with the numbers light up.
But the batteries were the biggest let down in those days.

Wow.  Browsing that page, Piaggio charges a pretty penny to stick the MG name on something, don't they?  I think the accessory markups are higher than HD!  On the other hand, at least in Europe such things are available from the source.  The MGUSA doesn't appear to have a single thing for sale -- not a watch, not a tee shirt, nothing.

I was able to buy the stuff at the museum and Agostini's.  Usually tee's from the dealer and the watches from the former.  While they looked good they pretty much lasted till the battery died.

There are some better Italian watch companies that makes branded items, surely over a dinner discussing the torque limits of butter retaining screws and the leak threshold of tissue paper gaskets they could affix that nice logo on some mechanical automatic and sell every one of them.

From my short stint on here I've noticed that guzzi owners like these attributes to their possessions:

Value for money, solid mechanicals, and good looks. They also like to not have what everyone else has. I've had more expensive watches but this marque is unmatched at its price point.
