I just finished installing a marker/turn signal light to the sidecar. I think it came out well and should help oncoming cars being able to tell when I am going to turn to that side.

You could name the sidecar Rudolph. he had a very shiny nose. And if you ever saw it, you would even say it glows!!
Most side car rigs I see over here in Germany have the right hand signal on the car and not on the bike, but that's mostly becouse the cars won't ever be off the bike.
