Looks sort of like the original demonstration films of the Citroen 2CV.   It would do some of that .....

It is electric powered isnt it? A small electric motor on each wheel.

And it looks very light weight.

More power means a bigger motor and bigger frame and more batteries (under the seat it looks like) so the weight might increase a lot more.


I would like one of these off road electric vehicles instead.

Well, it's French, so a good design for retreating over rough terrain before eventual surrender.

Au contraire!  Well, I suppose retreat doesn't normally involve much driving in reverse, but it looked to me like the rear wheels trail on pivots, so reverse might not work, the wheels would fold up.
