EV gas tank venting

So I have a 1984 CA ll which I have mounted  a 2002 Bassa gas tank/seat. Looks good but more importantly gets my short legs closer to the ground. Wasn't too sure about having one fuel petcock instead of the two such as on the stock tank but all seems fine after road extensive tests.
My question is about venting the tank. There are three hose connections under the tank not counting the fuel petcock. Any ideas greatly appreciated. Bless this website.

The vent is the one at the front of the tank, up in the tunnel.  If I recall correctly...

The one without a nut
The one with the nut is the fuel return for injected systems
The third one under the tank is the fuel filler drain, it usually blocks off with rust diverting any water that collects around the recessed filler straight into the tank, if it's free send a few drops of oil through to stop it rusting.

If it's NOT free you've got a problem -- it MUST remain free or it rots and either spews water into the fuel or spews fuel out the drain.

If it is blocked, you can free it using a drill and a short length of bicycle control cable as a faux plumbers snake.  Work slowly.  Every time you take that tank off, you should try and blow air through the central fuel neck drain.
