Call around. Most shippers make a circuit around the country (or half country, east & west) and then repeat the same. See what kind of schedule the various ones are on and you may get lucky.

I've used both Keyboard Motorcycle Shippers and UShip with good results. UShip may take a few days to get responses back from truckers, but you can post your time frame up front and hopefully only those that can meet that timetable will respond. Just with UShip check their customer feedback thoroughly. Like I said, I've had great results a few times with them, but a friend suffered a disastrous experience with a real incompetent dickhead.

I've used uShip a few times. A car, a van, and a vespa. All three carriers were different, but all went well. Definitely check customer feedback and the rig they use. That's the great thing about that; you can check them out before accepting a bid.

looks like the dealer got a Guarantee from his preferred line. I'll let you know latter.

Yeah, if it's a dealer and they're honest about it with you, (i.e. not mark it up for more profit)
they can usually get a better deal.
A dealer shipped me my MP3 in a crate in a regular semi trailer for a better price than I would have gotten from anyone.

Just a thought, if you are going to seal a deal and have a few days, put it on a train.

Allied Vanlines, 1-800-510-7469.  Dedicated motorcycle terminals nation wide, fast and professional.  They will bring a pallet to your location, assist in securing bike to pallet, bike remains on same pallet entire journey, transported on trucks configured for motorcycles.  I have used them multiple times for Ducati, and BMWs.  They are consummate professionals, and can quote rates and schedules.

Usual disclaimer.
