Can I still wave to you if I see you on the road?
Independent.Does not follow the herd.NOT part of any group. See ya on the road, going the other way!Peace. I travel alone....
Riding alone is a choice, not a virtue.
Breaking like the wind...
In the last 6 years I don't think I have ridden with more than one other,(other than on the Tattley Rappet rally) My riding buddy has an '80's 600 Yamaha 4. Basically he rides exactly the same as me. Still very happy riding on my own.
I always travel solo and don't belong to any "group" see you guys at the campground..

Kool Bike!
I agree with CR. When riding I may ride with a few others that are compatible, but that's it. Most the time it's solo or 2up. I want enjoyment, not a job or concensus. But when parked at a campground or rally, that's different. Then it's time to mingle and swap stories of riding or other MC interesting things.
So you must have been a Guzzi rider at heart all these years while riding the FJR, or did this sudden shift in personality take place upon acquisition of the Norge? If the former, then nothing really to do with being a Guzzi rider, just a preference for solitary riding, independent of brand unless you found your true calling finally after all these years to jump on board a Guzzi. Just sayin!
:1: I've ridden lots of miles solo , and lots of miles with a couple of good friends . Seems some of us are a bit full of ourselves ... Dusty
Was one of the FIRST 100 people in the USA it get the FJR. Was reading about them in 01 from a Euro Mag. Had a 'connection' at the time and got the 02. Remember hooking up with a group of like 5 riders with FJR's and did a rally, People couldn't believe seeing 5 FJR's setting in on spot! Here's looking @ U... In 02 they were rarer than Guzzi.
Indeed...look like a group ride, sounds like a group ride, smells like a group ride...must have been a group ride or then again, it could have been a group park, not ride!! Ha ha. I'm sure it wasn't that much torture...I detect somewhat of a smile there. Could be buying a Guzzi got you thinking about being solitary then. You know I'm just yanking your chain...but you did provide a wide open window to jump thru. Have fun riding, solely or together.
Yep , true Guzzi riders never ever ride with anyone else , the general public might think we are sociable if they witnessed that Dusty
Do Guzzi's and Beemers mix?
I agree. Guzzi riders do their own thing .
HD riders tend to follow the heard.
