V11 Sport Headlight Brackets Needed WTB
« on: February 01, 2016, 10:12:48 AM »
A slight mishap last night, and now I have a broken RS headlight bracket on my V11 Sport.

Anybody have one that they'd like to sell? I'd gladly buy both sides so I have a spare.

Ken- Hope  YOU are ok!  Bikes can always be repaired.  Damage caused by errant vicious wildlife?

Jerry

No actual accident. I had the handlebars and headlight off of my bike, and when I had to straighten the wheel, I pushed on the headlight bracket and the wheel at the same time, and the bracket broke with very little effort applied.
Seems that the bracket is made of cheap pot metal.

I think there the same as on an EV.  I have some of those. Buy me a craft beer someday.

Just a little bump here. Anybody have a set?

They look the same on the parts diagram, but have different numbers.

I'll gladly take them off of your hands for some tasty craft beer. Let me know how I can get those from you...not sure if you're coming into town soon, or I can make the trek out by you, if needed.

Ev mounts are longer and have a different shape on the stalk mounts. I adapted a pair for my V11. I finally found the correct mounts and replaced them, rare as hens teeth. Pm me if you want the modded ones. $25 plus shipping.
