Following is a link to a story about a new tasting room and restaurant in Cottonwood owned by Maynard James Keenan.
The lead singer for 2 alt rock bands: Tool and Puscifer. His wines have won many national awards
and his wine bar is equally high quality.

For instance: he speaks of the flour he uses from Hayden Mills. Hayden Mills
searches the world for ancient grains, some up to 10,000 years old. Long before
cross pollination and hybrids took the flavor out. They then process them in
small batches using a stone mill. Their flours are considered the most flavorful in the world.

As JJ says, Cottonwood is a REALLY happening place.
