That thing sounded like a POS single stage, 2-cycle snow blower I used to own as I'd try to clear 3-4 inches of sloppy snow.

Hey CR, I'm feeling confident that we'll be riding by St. Paddy's Day on salt-free streets.  (That's always my dream.)  We're in mid-Feb without an old, deep snowpack here in the Twin Cities.  I could be wrong, but I can feel an early spring in my bones.  If we get an early March week of warm sunshine and a few nice rainy days to wash the salt away, we're as good as gold!

Yeah, want to get the new Norge out by March. Remember riding the FJR (years ago) with clean roads with snow banks (think it was February)?  :boozing:

Gorgeous day here on the TEXAS Gulf Coast.  Bit windy, very dry air though.  No riding, but that will change next week.  I am going to take some days off from the new house moving grind.  Packers were superb:  careful, communicated, on time, polite and pretty thorough.  They pack and roll Friday and unload.  Hope we are not doing it late into the evening.

Then it is reassemble the broken up jig-saw house puzzle.  But we will get there.  Relentless pace of the past week or so will ease up.  The sheer physical labor is exhausting.  Fortunately:  no summer heat or humidity or bugs or rain.

Spring will come!

I think it was hitting its rev limiter, even though it sounded like it was only doing about 3k rpm.

When the Brussels sprout fails to venture from its lair, it is time to roll a beaver up a grassy slope.
