Many times I read about riders finagling about paying a particular price for a bike and wondering whether or not it's worth it. I never forgot this saying and it really is true with whatever I buy, inluding motorcycles...

 "If you love the price more than the piece, you will remember the price long after you've stopped loving the piece.  But if you love the piece more than the price, you will love the piece long after you've forgotten the price."

So true.
